WHO WE ARE


The company team currently consists 11 specialists in HR marketing, social recruitment, content marketing, online projects, and social networks. We provide individual custom projects for individual companies, which we prepare based on the analysis of their needs.

FREY CONSULTING was created in 2009 based on the need for further development and expansion of the services of the consulting firm PhDr. Petr Frey-Consulting. That had acted in the Czech market since 2004 and became known especially thanks to its focus on the application of new trends into the marketing practice. The founder of the company is PhDr. Petr Frey, who acts as the main HR marketing consultant, strategist, and lecturer. He is also an author of publications on marketing and the coordinator of the project teams.

PhDr. Petr Frey, MBA is a recognised corporate advisor and coach, who specialises especially in HR marketing and Social recruitment. He is an author of successful publications (Management Press 2005, 2008, 2011). He is a holder of special awards by the Czech Marketing Society. He has worked at managerial positions of several multinational communication groups (BBDO worldwide, Lowe GGK, Draft worldwide, FCB) and for many significant brands: Citroen, Electrolux Professional, Nestlé, Pepsi, T- Mobile, Sazka, Vitar, Walmark, RE/MAX CR, RESERVED, Ryor, ZOO Jihlava, NEKO klima, Hranipex, JIPOCAR, and others. He also prepares corporate course for HR employees. In the LinkedIn network, he administrates one of the largest Czech marketing communities - New trends in marketing.
